Roles & Responsibilities

 

·        Managing a group of around 550 Employees of M/s. freshly frozen foods & 250 employees of its Sister Concern company M/s. Freshly Foods Bakery.

·        Screening and short-listing Candidates based on the Job description of the Department. Managing and maintaining Employees Database.

·        Document preparation and getting approval from the Department Head to apply for a new visa.

·        Arranging Ok to board visa message by manual & through online.

·        Handling on boarding formalities for the new joiners & educating them about the company policies, procedures, and Safety measures.

 

·        Coordinating with PRO for Visa stamping, Visa Cancellation & other emigration related works

·        Ensuring on-time issuance of Offer letters, appointment letters, probationary confirmations, promotions, transfer letters, Increment letters, Disciplinary action, and relieving letter.

 

·        Payroll processing and validating salary inputs, shift allowance, reimbursement in HRMS (Oracle).

·        Updating Sick leave, absent & Public Holiday to the concerned employees on monthly wise while Payroll processing.

 

·        Processing Annual Leave & Airfare settlement according to the category & entitled employees.

·        Handling on-time renewals towards Employees Passport, Residence Visa, Labor contract & Emirates ID & OHC.

 

·        Creating request ID for Visit Visa, Employment Visa, posting Leave application, updating attendance towards Annual Leave, Emergency leave & final settlement in HRMS (Oracle).

 

·        On time preparing and informing employees about their visa, Work Permit, Passport expiry & OHC expiry details on monthly basis.

·        Responsible for full & final settlement and their visa cancelation for the resigned Employees.

 

·        Tracking NRFL employees after six months & Abscond employees when concerned department reports.

 

·        Making change of status & service request in HRMS when it is necessary for the employee with prior department approval.

 

·        Taking care of yearly Insurance Renewal & employee’s medical reimbursement.

 

·        Maintaining attendance & leave records of the Employees in HRMS Database.

·        Maintain & on time organizing of transport for Staff’s, New Visa, Visa cancellation, leave travel, guest pickup & drop.

 

·        Maintaining employee’s personal files and regularly filing employee’s disciplinary actions, increment letter etc.,

·        Maintaining & Monitoring the Sim card assigned towards the employees.

·        Handling Air Ticket booking for the Guest, Employees & Managers business travel.

·        Handling Admin department expenses.
