Position Overview:
The Company Driver & Multi-Task Worker is a vital member of our team, responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of company personnel, goods, and equipment. This role extends beyond driving, encompassing various tasks to support the smooth operation of daily activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe Transportation: Drive company vehicles safely to transport personnel, goods, and equipment.
Route Planning: Plan efficient driving routes considering traffic and weather conditions.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel, and maintenance activities.
Assistance with Deliveries: Help load and unload goods and ensure deliveries are handled properly.
Multi-Task Support: Assist different departments with tasks as needed.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional service to clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina to handle the demands of loading and unloading goods.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
