At Galaxy Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore, where I have been employed since March 2012, I have honed my skills in non-destructive testing (NDT) and quality control. My expertise in various welding processes and consumables, coupled with my ability to maintain detailed inspection reports, has enabled me to consistently deliver high-quality results.
Previously, I worked as a CNC Operator at UV CNC Engineering in Chennai, where I developed a strong foundation in machining and CNC operations. I regulated machining factors, marked materials for reference, and maintained tight tolerances on grinding operations. This experience has equipped me with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize machine performance.
I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Muruga Polytechnic College, complemented by certifications in ASNT Level II RT, UT, PT, MT, and a short-term course in CNC milling programming. My technical skills, combined with my ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, make me a strong candidate for this position.
