With more than 20 years of experience in E-Learning and cross functional Learning and development roles, I have developed a strong skill set in Training and Development domain.

My recent role at Integra – Pondicherry (India) as a Senior Instructional Designer – New Media Services involved setting up E-Learning team in India as part of organizational initiatives for venturing into E-Learning besides Publishing.

It involved mentoring and working across various departments and stake holders in setting up New Media Services

My recent role at Australia New Zealand Bank (ANZ) in Bangalore / Melbourne (Onsite)as an Escalation Manager -Learning Services involved transitioning the Learning Services Vertical to India – Bangalore Location, involved setting up team in India as part organizational re-structuring initiatives.

It involved strong relationships with stakeholders across departments to ensure that our organizational goals are met, along with administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS).

I am particularly drawn to the position Manager – Learning & Development, specifically, because, my expertise in Instructional Design, Training and Development and LMS experience will contribute to organizational goals and long-term objectives.
