Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various technical equipment and systems, including Up to dated Mobiles phones of all brands, Tablets, I pads.

Duties:
– Install, maintain, and repair Mobiles phones hardware and software
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to devices
– Configure and manage the devices system
– Conduct equipment repair and maintenance tasks
– Interpret schematics to troubleshoot technical problems
– Utilise hand tools for equipment installation and repair
– Provide telecommunication support as needed

Requirements:
– Proven experience in working with Mobile phones, I pads and tablets software and hardware.
– Proficiency in interpreting schematics for troubleshooting technical issues
– Strong knowledge of mobile phones, tablets I pads software and hardware and equipment repair

– Electronics expertise – solid knowledge about the most popular phones and

technology is one of the most important skills a phone technician can have

– Problem-solving ability – in order to successfully make a repair, phone technicians need

to locate the exact source of a problem and then implement a working solution

– Customer service – phone technicians will often find themselves in tense situations with

upset customers, so it’s up to them to provide as pleasant an experience as possible

– Computer competency – in addition to working with operating systems on cell phones,

phone technicians record repairs, manage customer relationships, track inventory, and

submit warranty reports via computer
– Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation and maintenance tasks
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Effective communication skills to provide telecommunication support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
