Risk and assessment and hazard policy and compliance management: Reviewed ,update and

enforced health safety and environmental policies and procedures ensuring adherence to

local and international legal standards.

Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.

To inspect & checking regular basis of all restricted areas/plants (Confined spaces, Cranes, Excavators,

Vehicles, Power Tools, Erected Scaffolds etc.) and ensure Permit to Work procedures are in place.

Safety Drills: organize and supervise safety drills to prepare the crew for potential

emergencies, such as fires, abandon ship procedures, and man- overboard situations.

Emergency Response Planning: Assisted in creating and implementing emergency response plans,

including evacuation protocols and first aid arrangements.

Maintained records of safety inspections, incidents, and training activities.

Permit to Work (PTW) System Administration: Managed the PTW system, including inspections of

confined spaces, cranes, and scaffolds, safe lifting activities to control risks associated with restricted

areas and high-risk activities.

Conduct risk assessments and developed mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.

Ensuring all machinery , including power and hand tools, are maintained in good condition

Report any lapses, near misses immediately and analyze different near miss occurrence and

take action to avoid the reoccurrence in future.

Inspection of PPEs, tools & equipment’s for Safety compliance prior to start of work.

To ensure the adequate PPE issued to the employees and they are being used properly

and effectively.

Lifting Operations and Equipment Safety: Ensured safe lifting activities, monitored the condition of

lifting equipment, and maintained compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Monitor and ensure good housekeeping practices are maintained.

To Provide the guidance and support to crew members on safety-related issues.

Achievement: Played a crucial role in achieving a record of 2 million hours without Lost Time

Incidents (LTI) demonstrating commitment to workplace safety.
