Thailand to Tighten Visa-Free Entry Rules Amid Growing Overstay Issues
Thailand is set to introduce stricter visa-free entry measures starting May 1, 2025, in response to increasing concerns over visa overstays and illegal work activities. Government Moves to Address Visa-Free Abuse

Currently, Thailand grants visa-free access to citizens from 93 countries, allowing stays of up to 60 days, with the possibility of a 30-day extension.
