Results-driven Solid Waste Management Specialist and Office Administrator with over 15 years of experience in Solid Waste Management (SWM) projects, I excel in project management, waste characterization, and overall office administration. My skills encompass operations, monitoring and evaluation, waste quantification analysis, and gap analysis in waste collection, segregation, transportation, processing, and disposal. Alongside this, I have expertise in office administration, executive assistance, bookkeeping, and proficiency in MS Office packages. Currently, I am the SWM Specialist at IPE Global for the Kerala Solid Waste Management Project, collaborating with SWM Engineers and Environmental Experts to develop capacity building, project reports, SWM Plans, and C&T plans for Urban Local Bodies. Additionally, I am involved in conducting training workshops, citizen engagement, stakeholder consultations, and overseeing overall office management. I also possess skills in manufacturing organic manure and vermicompost. Seeking opportunities in any of English-speaking countries with work visa sponsorship.
