Highly skilled immigration needed to win the ‘War for talent’ and ensure Switzerland remains competitive
While fighting the Corona crisis is essential, Switzerland’s long-term competitiveness is crucial as well. One key element to ensure Switzerland’s long-term prosperity – to Power Up Switzerland – is a better framework for the mobility of global talent. In this joint study with the Swiss American Chamber of Commerce we highlight the importance of international labour mobility for Switzerland and propose concrete ideas to make the Swiss framework more competitive.
