Renowned entrepreneur Rajesh Sawhney has issued a cautionary message to Indian parents considering overseas education for their children. In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Sawhney urged families to reconsider spending crores of rupees on sending their children to countries like Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, stating that job prospects for international students in these countries are increasingly bleak.
Sawhney, the founder of GSF Accelerator and an alumnus of prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and the London School of Economics, highlighted a growing concern that the “honeymoon period” for international students is now over.
“There are no jobs for international students in the US, Canada, or the UK,” Sawhney stated in his social media message. “Parents should think twice before spending huge sums on foreign education.”
